Art. 629. Jeżeli obowiązujące przepisy powołują się na przepisy rozporządzenia Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej – Kodeks handlowy bądź rozporządzenia Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej – Przepisy wprowadzające Kodeks handlowy, uchylone przepisem art. 631, albo odsyłają ogólnie do przepisów Kodeksu handlowego o spółkach jawnych, spółkach komandytowych, spółkach z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością lub spółkach akcyjnych, stosuje się w tym zakresie właściwe przepisy ustawy.
