Art. 620.

§ 1. Do oceny skutków zdarzeń prawnych stosuje się przepisy obowiązujące w dniu, w którym zdarzenia te nastąpiły.

§ 2. Z dniem wejścia w życie ustawy do oceny skutków:

1) utworzenia spółki w organizacji wskutek zawarcia umowy spółki kapitałowej,

2) zdarzeń będących podstawą orzeczenia sądu rejestrowego o rozwiązaniu spółki kapitałowej, zgodnie z art. 21, stosuje się przepisy ustawy.
