Art. 613.

§ 1. Uprawnienia wspólników i akcjonariuszy spółek handlowych, nabyte przed dniem wejścia w życie ustawy, pozostają w mocy.

§ 2. Treść uprawnień, o których mowa w § 1, podlega przepisom dotychczasowym.

§ 3. Do zmiany treści uprawnień i rozporządzeń uprawnieniami wspólników oraz akcjonariuszy dokonanych po wejściu w życie ustawy stosuje się jej przepisy.
