Art. 5951.

§ 1. Kto składa ofertę nabycia udziałów w spółce z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w sposób określony w art. 1821 § 1

– podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do 6 miesięcy.

§ 2. Tej samej karze podlega, kto promuje nabycie udziałów w spółce z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w sposób określony w art. 1821 § 2.
