Art. 587.

§ 1. Kto przy wykonywaniu obowiązków wymienionych w tytule III i IV ogłasza dane nieprawdziwe albo przedstawia je organom spółki, władzom państwowym lub osobie powołanej do rewizji

– podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do lat 2.

§ 2. Jeżeli sprawca działa nieumyślnie

– podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do roku.
