Art. 586. Kto, będąc członkiem zarządu spółki albo likwidatorem, nie zgłasza wniosku o upadłość spółki handlowej pomimo powstania warunków uzasadniających według przepisów upadłość spółki

– podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do roku.
