Art. 584¹³. Osoba fizyczna, o której mowa w art. 551 § 5, odpowiada solidarnie ze spółką przekształconą za zobowiązania przedsiębiorcy przekształcanego związane z prowadzoną działalnością gospodarczą powstałe przed dniem przekształcenia, przez okres trzech lat, licząc od dnia przekształcenia.
