Art. 582. W przypadku przekształcenia spółki jawnej albo spółki partnerskiej, w której wszyscy wspólnicy prowadzili sprawy spółki, nie stosuje się przepisów art. 557–561. Nie dotyczy to obowiązku przygotowania dokumentów wymienionych w art. 558 § 2 pkt 1 i 2.
