Art. 580². Do dnia otrzymania zaświadczenia o zgodności przekształcenia transgranicznego z prawem krajowym przekształcenie transgraniczne podlega prawu państwa siedziby spółki przekształcanej, a po tym dniu podlega prawu państwa siedziby spółki przekształconej.
