§ 1. Plan przekształcenia przygotowuje zarząd spółki przekształcanej albo wszyscy wspólnicy prowadzący sprawy spółki przekształcanej.
§ 2. Plan przekształcenia sporządza się w formie pisemnej pod rygorem nieważności.
§ 3. W spółce jednoosobowej plan przekształcenia sporządza się w formie aktu notarialnego.
