Art. 550.

§ 1. Spółka przejmująca nie może objąć własnych udziałów albo akcji własnych za udziały lub akcje, które posiada w spółce dzielonej, oraz za własne udziały lub akcje spółki dzielonej.

§ 2. Zakaz, o którym mowa w § 1, dotyczy również objęcia udziałów lub akcji własnych przez osoby działające we własnym imieniu, lecz na rachunek spółki przejmującej bądź spółki dzielonej.
