§ 4. Uchwała o podziale transgranicznym nie podlega zaskarżeniu ze względu na zastrzeżenia dotyczące wyłącznie tego, że:

1) stosunek wymiany udziałów lub akcji, o którym mowa w art. 550⁶ § 1 pkt 3, nie został ustalony należycie lub

2) cena odkupu, o której mowa w art. 550¹³ § 3, nie została ustalona należycie, lub

3) informacje podane w odniesieniu do stosunku wymiany udziałów lub akcji, o którym mowa w art. 550⁶ § 1 pkt 3, lub ceny odkupu, o której mowa w art. 550¹³ § 3, nie spełniają wymogów prawnych.
