§ 4. Informacji, o której mowa w § 2 pkt 4, nie sporządza spółka publiczna, jeżeli zgodnie z przepisami o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych publikuje i udostępnia akcjonariuszom półroczne sprawozdania finansowe.
