§ 2. Sprawozdanie w części przeznaczonej dla wspólników określa w szczególności:

1) cenę odkupu, o której mowa w art. 516¹¹ § 2¹, oraz metodę albo metody użyte do określenia tej ceny;

2) stosunek wymiany udziałów lub akcji oraz metodę albo metody użyte do jego określania, chyba że nie dochodzi do takiej wymiany;

3) skutki połączenia transgranicznego dla wspólników;

4) uprawnienia i środki prawne przysługujące wspólnikom zgodnie z art. 516¹¹.
