Art. 51614. Udziały lub akcje w spółce przejmowanej nie podlegają zamianie na udziały lub akcje w spółce przejmującej, jeżeli są one w posiadaniu:

1) spółki przejmującej albo osoby działającej we własnym imieniu, ale na rachunek tej spółki;

2) spółki przejmowanej albo osoby działającej we własnym imieniu, ale na rachunek tej spółki.
