§ 9. W przypadku stwierdzenia, że połączenie transgraniczne nie spełnia wszystkich warunków w zakresie procedury połączenia transgranicznego podlegającej prawu polskiemu, sąd rejestrowy może wezwać spółkę do uzupełnienia tej procedury i wyznaczyć w tym celu odpowiedni termin.
