§ 9. Prawomocne orzeczenie o przyznaniu wspólnikowi dodatkowego wynagrodzenia pieniężnego ma moc obowiązującą w stosunku do spółki oraz wszystkich wspólników, którzy złożyli żądanie odkupu zgodnie z § 2.
