Art. 48.

§ 1. W razie wątpliwości uważa się, że wkłady wspólników są równe.

§ 2. Wkład wspólnika może polegać na przeniesieniu lub obciążeniu własności rzeczy lub innych praw, a także na dokonaniu innych świadczeń na rzecz spółki.

§ 21. W przypadku zawarcia lub zmiany umowy spółki przy wykorzystaniu wzorca umowy wkład wspólnika może być wyłącznie pieniężny.

§ 3. Prawa, które wspólnik zobowiązuje się wnieść do spółki, uważa się za przeniesione na spółkę.
