Art. 487. W przypadku wytoczenia powództwa na podstawie art. 486 § 1 oraz w razie upadłości spółki, osoby obowiązane do naprawienia szkody nie mogą powoływać się na uchwałę walnego zgromadzenia udzielającą im absolutorium ani na dokonane przez spółkę zrzeczenie się roszczeń o odszkodowanie.
