Art. 472. Jeżeli majątek spółki nie wystarcza na zwrot sum wpłaconych na akcje uprzywilejowane co do podziału majątku, a pozostałe akcje nie zostały w pełni pokryte, należy ściągnąć od akcjonariuszy zwykłych dalsze wpłaty należności.
