Art. 469.

§ 1. W granicach swoich kompetencji określonych w art. 468 likwidatorzy mają prawo prowadzenia spraw oraz reprezentowania spółki.

§ 2. Ograniczenia kompetencji likwidatorów nie mają skutku prawnego wobec osób trzecich.

§ 3. Wobec osób trzecich działających w dobrej wierze uważa się czynności podjęte przez likwidatorów za czynności likwidacyjne.
