Art. 447¹. Jeżeli odstąpiono od badania przez biegłego rewidenta wkładów niepieniężnych, o których mowa w art. 312¹, spółka ogłasza, przed wniesieniem wkładów, datę podjęcia uchwały o podwyższeniu kapitału zakładowego w granicach kapitału docelowego oraz informacje wskazane w art. 312¹ § 5. W terminie miesiąca od dnia wniesienia wkładów spółka ogłasza oświadczenie stwierdzające brak nadzwyczajnych bądź nowych okoliczności wpływających na wycenę wkładów niepieniężnych.
