Art. 429.

§ 1. Akcjonariusz, któremu odmówiono ujawnienia żądanej informacji podczas obrad walnego zgromadzenia i który zgłosił sprzeciw do protokołu, może złożyć wniosek do sądu rejestrowego o zobowiązanie zarządu do udzielenia informacji.

§ 2. Wniosek należy złożyć w terminie tygodnia od zakończenia walnego zgromadzenia, na którym odmówiono udzielenia informacji. Akcjonariusz może również złożyć wniosek do sądu rejestrowego o zobowiązanie spółki do ogłoszenia informacji udzielonych innemu akcjonariuszowi poza walnym zgromadzeniem.
