Art. 408.

§ 1. Jeżeli przepisy niniejszego działu lub statutu nie stanowią inaczej, walne zgromadzenie jest ważne bez względu na liczbę reprezentowanych na nim akcji.

§ 2. Walne zgromadzenie może zarządzać przerwy w obradach większością dwóch trzecich głosów. Łącznie przerwy nie mogą trwać dłużej niż trzydzieści dni.
