§ 6. Na wniosek akcjonariusza, złożony nie później niż po upływie trzech miesięcy od dnia walnego zgromadzenia, spółka przesyła akcjonariuszowi lub jego pełnomocnikowi potwierdzenie, że jego głos został prawidłowo zarejestrowany oraz policzony, chyba że takie potwierdzenie zostało przekazane akcjonariuszowi lub jego pełnomocnikowi wcześniej.
