§ 3. Ustawa z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi może wskazywać inne dokumenty równoważne zaświadczeniu, pod warunkiem że podmiot wystawiający takie dokumenty został wskazany podmiotowi prowadzącemu depozyt papierów wartościowych dla spółki publicznej.
