Art. 403. Walne zgromadzenie odbywa się w siedzibie spółki. Walne zgromadzenie spółki publicznej może odbyć się także w miejscowości będącej siedzibą spółki prowadzącej rynek regulowany, na którym akcje tej spółki są przedmiotem obrotu. Statut może zawierać odmienne postanowienia dotyczące miejsca zwołania walnego zgromadzenia, jednakże zgromadzenia mogą odbywać się wyłącznie na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
