Doradca akcjonariusza do spraw głosowania niezwłocznie informuje podmioty, na rzecz których świadczy usługi, o istniejących lub potencjalnych sprzecznościach interesów lub o relacjach biznesowych, które mogą mieć wpływ na przygotowanie przez niego badań, porad lub rekomendacji dotyczących głosowania, jak również o działaniach, które podjął w celu wyeliminowania lub ograniczenia takich sprzeczności interesów lub które podjął w celu zarządzania nimi.
