§ 2¹. W spółkach, o których mowa w art. 90c ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 2554 oraz z 2023 r. poz. 825 i 1723), przedmiotem obrad zwyczajnego walnego zgromadzenia powinno być również powzięcie uchwały, o której mowa w art. 90g ust. 6 tej ustawy, lub przeprowadzenie dyskusji, o której mowa w art. 90g ust. 7 tej ustawy.
