Art. 352. Jednej akcji nie można przyznać więcej niż dwa głosy. W przypadku zamiany takiej akcji na akcję na okaziciela lub w razie jej zbycia wbrew zastrzeżonym warunkom uprzywilejowanie to wygasa.
