Art. 330.

§ 1. Terminy i wysokość wpłat na akcje określa statut lub uchwała walnego zgromadzenia. Walne zgromadzenie może upoważnić zarząd do określenia terminów wpłat na akcje.

§ 2. Zarząd ogłasza dwukrotnie wezwanie o dokonanie wpłat.

§ 3. Pierwsze ogłoszenie powinno być dokonane na miesiąc, a drugie nie później niż na dwa tygodnie przed terminem wpłaty.

§ 4. W miejsce ogłoszeń mogą zostać wysłane wezwania listami poleconymi albo na adresy do doręczeń elektronicznych w terminach, o których mowa w § 3.

§ 5. Jeżeli akcjonariusz nie dokonał wpłaty w terminie określonym w § 1, jest on obowiązany do zapłacenia odsetek ustawowych za opóźnienie lub odszkodowania, chyba że statut stanowi inaczej.
