Art. 32815. Do spółki niebędącej spółką publiczną, której co najmniej jedna akcja jest dopuszczona do obrotu na rynku regulowanym na terytorium innego niż Rzeczpospolita Polska państwa członkowskiego Unii Europejskiej lub państwa będącego stroną umowy o Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy o organizacji walnego zgromadzenia spółki publicznej.
