Art. 30089.

§ 1. W sprawach nieobjętych porządkiem obrad nie można podjąć uchwały, chyba że wszystkie akcje są reprezentowane na walnym zgromadzeniu, a nikt z obecnych nie zgłosił sprzeciwu dotyczącego podjęcia uchwały.

§ 2. Wniosek o zwołanie nadzwyczajnego walnego zgromadzenia oraz wnioski o charakterze porządkowym mogą być uchwalone, mimo że nie były umieszczone w porządku obrad.
