§ 3. Zarząd jest obowiązany niezwłocznie, jednak nie później niż na siedem dni przed wyznaczonym terminem walnego zgromadzenia, zawiadomić o zmianach w porządku obrad, wprowadzonych na żądanie akcjonariusza lub akcjonariuszy. Zawiadomienie następuje w sposób właściwy dla zwołania walnego zgromadzenia.
