§ 2. Jeżeli umowa spółki nie stanowi inaczej, każdy członek rady nadzorczej może żądać przedstawienia radzie nadzorczej na najbliższym posiedzeniu określonych informacji, dokumentów, sprawozdań lub wyjaśnień.
