§ 4. Jednocześnie z dokonaniem zawiadomienia, o którym mowa w § 3, akcjonariusz zbywający składa pozostałym akcjonariuszom za pośrednictwem zarządu ofertę nabycia akcji na warunkach przewidzianych dla umowy z osobą trzecią, wyznaczając termin do złożenia przez nich oświadczenia o przyjęciu oferty nabycia akcji. Termin ten nie może być krótszy niż czternaście dni od dnia otrzymania oferty.
