Art. 30021. Wartość świadczeń spełnianych przez spółkę na rzecz akcjonariuszy z innego tytułu niż prawa wynikające z akcji, a także na rzecz spółek lub spółdzielni z nimi powiązanych albo pozostających wobec nich w stosunku dominacji lub zależności, nie może przekraczać wartości godziwej świadczenia wzajemnego otrzymanego przez spółkę.
