Art. 30018. Umowa spółki może przewidywać, że akcjonariuszowi, któremu nie wypłacono w pełni albo częściowo dywidendy z akcji uprzywilejowanych w zakresie dywidendy w danym roku obrotowym, przysługuje wyrównanie z zysku w następnych latach, nie później jednak niż w ciągu kolejnych pięciu lat obrotowych.
