§ 6. Jeżeli uchwała o emisji akcji nie stanowi inaczej, akcje nieobjęte w wykonaniu prawa poboru albo co do których prawo poboru zostało wyłączone, zarząd oferuje według swojego uznania, jednak po cenie nie niższej niż cena emisyjna.
