Art. 286.

§ 1. Podział między wspólników majątku pozostałego po zaspokojeniu lub zabezpieczeniu wierzycieli nie może nastąpić przed upływem sześciu miesięcy od daty ogłoszenia o otwarciu likwidacji i wezwaniu wierzycieli.

§ 2. Majątek, o którym mowa w § 1, dzieli się między wspólników w stosunku do ich udziałów.

§ 3. Umowa spółki może określać inne zasady podziału majątku.
