Art. 281.

§ 1. Likwidatorzy sporządzają bilans otwarcia likwidacji. Bilans ten likwidatorzy składają zgromadzeniu wspólników do zatwierdzenia.

§ 2. Likwidatorzy powinni po upływie każdego roku obrotowego składać zgromadzeniu wspólników sprawozdanie ze swej działalności oraz sprawozdanie finansowe.

§ 3. Do bilansu likwidacyjnego należy przyjąć wszystkie składniki aktywów według ich wartości zbywczej.
