Art. 256.

§ 1. Zmianę umowy spółki zarząd zgłasza do sądu rejestrowego.

§ 2. Równocześnie z wpisem o zmianie umowy należy wpisać do rejestru zmiany danych wymienionych w art. 166, jeżeli dane te podlegają wpisowi.

§ 3. Do zarejestrowania zmiany umowy spółki stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy art. 164 § 3, art. 165, art. 169 i art. 172.
