Art. 234.

§ 1. Zgromadzenia wspólników odbywają się w siedzibie spółki, jeżeli umowa spółki nie wskazuje innego miejsca na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

§ 2. Zgromadzenie wspólników może się odbyć również w innym miejscu na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, jeżeli wszyscy wspólnicy wyrażą na to zgodę na piśmie.
