§ 3. Rada nadzorcza, zaś w jej braku wspólnicy, określą w formie regulaminu szczegółowe zasady udziału w zgromadzeniu wspólników przy wykorzystaniu środków komunikacji elektronicznej. Regulamin nie może określać wymogów i ograniczeń, które nie są niezbędne do identyfikacji wspólników i zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa komunikacji elektronicznej. Przyjęcie regulaminu może nastąpić uchwałą wspólników bez odbycia zgromadzenia, jeżeli wspólnicy reprezentujący bezwzględną większość głosów wyrażą na piśmie zgodę na treść tego regulaminu.
