Art. 225. Biegły rewident składa swoje sprawozdanie sądowi rejestrowemu, który przesyła jego odpis żądającemu zbadania rachunkowości oraz działalności spółki, zarządowi i radzie nadzorczej lub komisji rewizyjnej. Sprawozdanie to powinno być odczytane w całości na najbliższym zgromadzeniu wspólników.
