Art. 223. Sąd rejestrowy, na żądanie wspólnika lub wspólników reprezentujących co najmniej jedną dziesiątą kapitału zakładowego, może, po wezwaniu zarządu do złożenia oświadczenia, wyznaczyć firmę audytorską w celu zbadania rachunkowości oraz działalności spółki.
