§ 4. W przypadku, o którym mowa w § 3, spółka może w terminie wyznaczonym przez sąd rejestrowy przedstawić innego nabywcę. W razie braku porozumienia cenę nabycia i termin jej zapłaty ustala sąd rejestrowy na wniosek wspólnika lub spółki, po zasięgnięciu, w miarę potrzeby, opinii biegłego.
