Art. 172.

§ 1. Jeżeli po zarejestrowaniu spółki zostały stwierdzone braki wynikłe z niedopełnienia przepisów prawa, sąd rejestrowy, z urzędu albo na wniosek osób mających interes prawny, wzywa spółkę do usunięcia braków i wyznacza w tym celu odpowiedni termin.

§ 2. Jeżeli spółka nie uczyni zadość wezwaniu, o którym mowa w § 1, sąd rejestrowy może nakładać grzywny według zasad określonych w przepisach o Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym.
