Art. 155. Spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, mające siedzibę za granicą, mogą tworzyć oddziały lub przedstawicielstwa na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Warunki tworzenia takich oddziałów lub przedstawicielstw określa odrębna ustawa.
