Art. 115. Jeżeli umowa spółki dopuszcza przyjęcie do spółki nowego komplementariusza, dotychczasowy komandytariusz może uzyskać status komplementariusza, lub osoba trzecia może przystąpić do spółki w charakterze komplementariusza, za zgodą wszystkich dotychczasowych wspólników.
